Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct resident assessments to inform individual and integrated care plans;
•Communicate effectively with the wider village team to ensure resident preferences and social needs are met;
•Design and implement leisure, lifestyle and spiritual activities to enrich the lives of individuals and their families;
•Assist residents in creating a home-like environment within their accommodation.
Requirements:
•Experience in conducting lifestyle activities;
•Current First Aid Certificate;
•Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or willingness to obtain;
•Good computer skills;
•Strong time management and organisational skills;
•Good verbal and written communication.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in music, craft or have a creative flair or talent. A Covid-19 vaccination is strongly recommended. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are encouraged to apply.
