Lead Structural Engineer Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team working on high-profile projects.

  • Structural Design Deliverables must be completed according to standards, checked, approved, and issued to other disciplines and to the client with revision control documentation.
  • The successful candidate will lead and coordinate project teams to ensure time and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Responsibilities include generating and reviewing technical documents and deliverables, preparing specifications, design criteria, scope of work, and material take-off lists.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles, leading design teams to deliver project outcomes, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years' proven technical experience with an engineering consulting firm or other large organization.
  • Accreditation as a Charter Engineer or ability to obtain.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing project management roles, leading design teams to deliver project outcomes.
