Security Operations Manager Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a technical role with business leadership exposure. You should also have:

  • Cloud native security services management experience on cloud (e.g., AWS or Azure) and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Technical skills in security control configuration and support.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Essential Eight, NIST, and ISO27001.

A strong customer service focus and ability to lead a team are essential qualities for this role.
