Job Description

As a Product Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our existing client base within the Wealth Management Industry. You will collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot software application issues, provide first-class client service, and proactively learn about our products and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients via inbound phone calls and email enquiries
  • Actively own, troubleshoot and track client incidents
  • Work in cross-functional teams to help resolve incidents
  • Be able to prioritize important issues and provide exceptional service
  • Proactively learn about the products and the applicable areas of the industry

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A third-level degree in a related discipline, ideally financial services
  • A keen interest in financial planning, Financial services and/or technology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical knowledge of using computers is highly desired but not essential

Salary Range: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
