Display Home Product Development Coordinator

This is a highly coordinated role that supports the office and onsite teams with the planning, execution and completion of display homes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

  • Coordinate the full display home process from initial planning to opening
  • Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones
  • Work closely with sales, design, marketing, construction and compliance teams to meet deadlines
  • Develop and maintain display homes policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency
  • Oversee the decommissioning of display homes when required
  • Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross-team liaison

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent coordination, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills. A demonstrated administration background in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is also required.
