Senior Cost Analyst

The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in tracking and maintaining cost control and variance analysis across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing comprehensive forecasts, working closely with asset management and project teams.
- Ensuring forecasts accurately reflect underlying assumptions.
- Detailed project cost management, including monitoring and confirming appropriate coding structures are maintained.
- Analysing and communicating financial variances to enhance management decision making.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent is essential.
- Must be CA, CPA or CIMA qualified for this position.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in accounting, property, banking or finance industry in an analytical, number-crunching role.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Strong Excel and forecasting skills are crucial for success.
- In-depth understanding of budgeting, forecasting and corporate planning processes is necessary.
