We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our support team as a Technical Support Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and efficient assistance to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have a strong understanding of database management, networking fundamentals, and mobile device management. Your experience with cloud infrastructure will also be an asset in this role.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 technical support to assigned customers
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level of support when necessary
  • Perform on-site diagnosis and rectification of software and hardware issues
  • Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve network issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolution

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or work experience in supporting on-prem and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of database management and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with mobile device management and cloud infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
