Business Development Representative Role

This role provides a clear path into full-time sales roles for high-performing team members.

  • Making a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day, you will drive top-of-funnel pipeline through structured outreach and high-volume prospecting.
  • As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining CRM hygiene and activity reporting standards, collaborating with the Account Executive and Marketing team to improve outreach and performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, confidence in phone-based outreach and objection handling, and a high level of discipline, accountability and focus.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in a sales, retail or customer-facing role (preferred)
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Benefits
