ESG Business Human Rights Expert

We are seeking an expert in Business Human Rights and ESG matters to join our team. This role involves working with complex advisory and contentious issues, advising clients across various sectors, and supporting them in understanding and managing ESG risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice on complying with modern slavery reporting requirements, human rights policy advice, risk assessments, and due diligence for clients in different sectors.
- Offer expertise on the application of international human rights law and voluntary business human rights frameworks from a compliance, best practice, and disputes perspective.
- Support clients in navigating ESG risks and issues.
- Advise clients on non-judicial dispute resolution mechanisms relevant to business human rights responsibilities.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals on high-profile matters and contribute to the development of skills and knowledge.
About You
- You have experience specifically in Business Human Rights matters, including advising on the Australian modern slavery reporting regime within a disputes or risk and advisory practice.
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others is essential.
