ESG and Business Human Rights Specialist

This role involves working as a part of our ESG hub within the Disputes & Investigations team, specializing in Business Human Rights matters alongside broader ESG and disputes work.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will advise clients on complying with modern slavery reporting requirements and related human rights policy advice, human rights risk assessments, and due diligence.
- You will assist clients in understanding and managing ESG risks and issues.
- You will support clients in connection with non-judicial dispute resolution mechanisms relevant to business human rights responsibilities.
- You will advise our clients in connection with ESG and Business Human Rights litigation where the opportunity arises.
- You will have experience specifically in Business Human Rights matters, including advising on the Australian modern slavery reporting regime within a disputes or risk and advisory practice.
- You will have a desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
