Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-discipline plant or processing facility projects in a construction capacity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience delivering technically diverse projects. You will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.
  • Engage with stakeholders to secure commercial outcomes, including variations and claims.
  • Drive a solutions-focused approach in complex environments, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience delivering multi-discipline plant or processing facility projects in a construction capacity.
  • Strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and construction delivery skills.
  • Track record of achieving positive commercial and contractual outcomes, including variations and claims.
