Job Overview

The Complex Task Manager role is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for overseeing complex tasks across various teams.

The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager with a deep understanding of the defence environment, including aircraft maintenance and sustainment support projects.

  • Leadership and management of all assigned tasks within the Operations Team.
  • Embodied in this role is the responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all task goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving customer/client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for planning, control and reporting of tasks.
  • Coordination of task deliverables as per requirements.
  • Provide key communication and stakeholder engagement and management for assigned tasks.

Key skills required include project management expertise, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances.

A tertiary qualification in project management or related field is highly desirable.
