As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performance team to deliver and continuously improve high-quality investigations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage workplace investigations to identify areas of improvement and contribute to internal projects for continuous team and organisational development.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance team to deliver high-quality investigations and provide compliance and enforcement services that contribute to the reduction of harm and improved support for injured or ill workers in ACT workplaces.
  • Identify and address areas of improvement and contribute to internal projects for continuous team and organisational development.

Requirements

  • Diploma of Government (Investigations) or equivalent or ability to complete within 12 months of commencement.
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence.
  • Ability to participate in an afterhours on-call and telephone roster when required.
  • Willingness to wear a uniform and participate in programmed after hours compliance activities when required.
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment police check.
