About the Role

This position is a great opportunity to work on a project that focuses on locating LGBTIQ+ youth in the archive and telling new stories for belonging. Based in Melbourne, Victoria, you will be working with a team of Chief Investigators from the University of South Australia, Australian National University, and La Trobe University.

The role involves conducting archival research at the Australian Queer Archives regarding LGBTIQA+ young people and youth histories in Australia. Other tasks associated with this position include establishing a digital database of research material, website development, administration, reporting, and presentation.
