- Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field
- Proven experience in environmental impact assessments across various market sectors
- Excellent project management skills, commercial awareness, and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and peers
- A commitment to mentoring junior staff members to develop their skill sets in environmental planning and approvals
