About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Solutions Architect to join Swinburne University of Technology. The ideal candidate will contribute to our 2025 vision of providing transformative technology solutions and developing the human talent essential for a digital, technology-rich future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement business solutions that align with Swinburne's strategic goals, focusing on work-integrated learning, graduate employability, tech solutions for partners, and establishing global best practices.
  • Collaborate with industry partners, the community, and government partners to co-create tailored business solutions that drive solid outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the business' strategic goals and formulate high-level business roadmaps for programs of work.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A graduate degree level qualification in a relevant discipline with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within a higher education or technology-focused organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing business solutions that leverage technology for educational and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
