Experienced Arbitration Team Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced team leader to manage a high-performing arbitration support service that meets operational objectives and legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will oversee the Arbitration dispute process, lead and manage a team of Hearing Support Officers and Case Support Officers to deliver efficient arbitration support.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Hearing Support Officers and Case Support Officers
- Provide direction, feedback and guidance to the team
- Work closely with team members to facilitate individual performance and accountability
- Ensure disputes are progressed in a timely manner

- Leadership experience and ability to meet stakeholder needs
- Well-developed coordination and leadership skills
- A collaborative work style that empowers and inspires others
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and allocate dispute workloads
