The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant qualification such as Diploma or Bachelor of Social Work, Community Service, Youth Work, or related field, with demonstrated experience in case management.">
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse client groups, including those from refugee and migrant backgrounds.">
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.">
  • Sound understanding of issues facing youth people from refugee backgrounds and their families.">
