Settlement Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and families from refugee and migrant backgrounds as they settle into life in Tasmania.
This challenging yet rewarding role involves active liaison with community stakeholders to build strong support networks and facilitate culturally appropriate services. You will deliver strengths-based case management to empower clients and promote independence.
The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant qualification such as Diploma or Bachelor of Social Work, Community Service, Youth Work, or Psychology
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in efficient case coordination and service delivery
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and client advocacy skills
- Strong writing, reporting, time management, and organisational skills
- Demonstrated competence in technology use in a professional work environment
- Sound understanding of issues facing youth people from refugee backgrounds
