Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients, while also mentoring and supporting junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of clients and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
  • Mentor and support junior staff members, including occupational therapists and assistants

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the development of new programs and services. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Requirements:
  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
  • Proven experience in mentoring and supervising junior staff members
