Growth & Performance Manager Role

We are a dynamic and growing company with a mission to provide personalized English and Math tutoring services for K-12 students.

Our team is dedicated to supporting our franchise partners across NSW, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.

This role involves leading regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners, providing business coaching and guidance.

You will offer feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems.

You will collaborate with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and drive business growth.

You will regularly review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and set goals for franchise partners to achieve.

You will adhere to operational guidelines to maintain consistency.

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in business coaching

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

- Willingness to travel to multiple sites across Sydney
