Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a self-motivated and outcome-driven professional to join our team as a Business Coach. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their business and leadership goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful impact and helping individuals and businesses reach their full potential.

You will have the freedom to create your own schedule and work from anywhere as an independent contractor. Work full time or part time, it's up to you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to clients to help them achieve their business and leadership goals.
  • Utilise social media and other advertising platforms to generate leads for new business.
  • Conduct structured interviews with new clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to create actionable strategies and plans for business growth and success.
  • Support clients in overcoming challenges, fostering resilience, and adapting to change.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for personal growth and leadership development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Familiar with social media platforms, and a willingness to learn how these can be used for business growth and networking.
  • Ability to connect with clients and establish a trusted coaching relationship.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • 5 years experience in a profession or trade (post study).
