Job Title: Educator | Canberra

At lululemon, we're seeking a highly skilled Educator to join our team in Canberra. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a world-class customer experience in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing their time and providing customized solutions.
  • Assess guests' needs to provide effective purchase and return support, and facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Provide technical product education, articulating the value and benefit of our products.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
  • Perform product presentation tasks, use in-store technology, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule.

  • Willing to work as part of a team and complete some work independently.
