Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and process store sales to achieve individual and store targets
  • Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer, aligned with the Peter Alexander brand
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Assist with stock management and processing, including minimizing stock loss
  • Support the setup of store promotions and visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate confidence in approaching, connecting, and selling to customers
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Value integrity and doing things the right way
  • Enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Be solutions-focused when faced with problems

Awareness of loss prevention, health and safety, visual merchandising, and experience in a team environment or fashion retail is desirable but not essential.
