The Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the store's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Support the management team in driving sales and achieving sales targets
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to showcase products
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
