Transforming Business with Innovative Solutions

Aurecon is seeking a seasoned IT Solution Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge Workday Architecture. As a key member of our Applications and Data team, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, drive system enhancements, and elevate the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect Workday solutions that align with Aurecon's IT and business strategies.
  • Create, own, and drive the Workday suite strategy and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the Workday suite roadmap, providing guidance and recommendations for optimal Workday usage.
  • Produce high-level and detailed architecture artefacts for solutions, ensuring endorsement through the architecture review process.
  • Ensure solutions complement technologies defined on strategic roadmaps and align with existing design and architecture principles and standards.
  • Provide Workday technical guidance to the Application Development, Integration, Support, and Project Delivery teams.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Workday solution design and implementation, particularly in Professional Services Automation (Projects), Finance (FIN), and People (HCM).
  • Experience working in multiple IT areas in large and complex organizations, as well as working with teams that are dispersed geographically and across different time zones.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
