Project Management Specialist – Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team in a senior leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects with a strong focus on FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works.

The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of proven experience delivering FRP projects, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of FRP works across assigned projects
  • Coordinate site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including ITPs, progress reports, and schedules
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, providing effective solutions to keep works on track
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-7 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works
  • Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure projects to high standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior engineers
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
