Job Title:

Customer Care Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Customer Care Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and/or care environment, ideally in a call centre environment, and be able to motivate and lead staff effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management and support to the Customer Care Team to deliver high quality and timely service to our clients.
  • Building the skills, knowledge and competency of the Customer Care team.
  • Acting as a point of contact for escalated calls and enquiries.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or care environment.
  • Ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
