We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Expert to oversee our simulated trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of risk management processes across our business.
  • Manage withdrawal procedures and ensure compliance with company policies specific to our simulated trading operations.
  • Monitor and analyze trading activities to detect potential risks and ensure adherence to risk policies and trading rules.
  • Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Lead offshore teams responsible for risk checks, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a risk management role within a financial services structure, preferably in a trading or brokerage environment, specifically in simulated/proprietary trading.
  • A strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory compliance frameworks specific to simulated trading.
