The Role Reporting to the Head of HR Compliance & Employee Relations, you will be part of the Line 1 Risk team for the P&C function.
Your focus will be to assist with the design, implementation, and embedding of our risk and compliance frameworks, supporting the People and Culture function here at Sportsbet.
- Implementing Line 1 and 2 compliance policies and processes to ensure regulatory obligations and commercial risks are appropriately identified, assessed, reported, and monitored through control testing.
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure departments have strong control environments, effectively managing risks and compliance obligations, fostering an environment of trust and transparency for business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Acting as a key point of contact for breach & incident investigations and working with SMEs (e.g., P&C, Line 2 representatives, Legal Risk and Compliance Team) towards resolution, communication, and alignment.
