Job Opportunity for Kind and Compassionate Nurses

We are seeking experienced nurses to join our care team. Our ideal candidate is a kind, caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about making lives better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium care experience that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
  • Deliver care following the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Conduct Nursing Assessments

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Community nursing experience an advantage
  • Subacute and disability experience
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations
  • Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
  • Dementia experience would be an advantage

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Registered or Enrolled Nurse
  • CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Car & Valid Drivers License
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Approval
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
