About the Role

The Manager oversees the operations of a specialist disability service, coaching and supervising a team to deliver holistic customer-centric care.

  • Align personal leadership behaviour with WMQ Model of Care and Wesley Charter.
  • Effectively manage the service to meet residents' needs, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
  • Implement NDIS & TAC Supported Accommodation supports in the service.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in managing service provision to people with disabilities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Capacity to work within a team environment to develop supports around residents' needs.
