Dining Services Manager

Job Summary:

Lead the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences by overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless service delivery to customers by managing the restaurant floor.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to waitstaff and other team members as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with Management and the kitchen's Head Chef to ensure smooth operations.
  • Accurately record and report key metrics, including end-of-day close procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide support for the Chef and Head Chef as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold RCG certification or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Previous experience in the industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills, with training provided to the right candidate.
