Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? Our paid training program offers the opportunity to grow as a Personal Carer and develop a fulfilling career in aged care.

Our Aged Care Facilities are designed to provide a warm and welcoming environment for residents, with comfortable living spaces and various common areas for socializing, eating, or engaging in activities. As a Personal Carer, you will work closely with a dedicated team to assist residents with their daily needs, providing physical, emotional, and personal support.

  • You are cooperative and willing to pitch in and help your colleagues

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experience levels, offering comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a Personal Carer. Our training contract is paid, and we provide ongoing support and guidance throughout your journey.

What are the Benefits?

Where Will I Be Working?

Tabeel is a serene country community near the heart of town, surrounded by beautiful gardens where residents can enjoy the sunshine, engage in gardening activities, or spend quality time with family and friends.

What's the Commitment?

  • Work a minimum of 15 hours per week on a permanent part-time contract
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
  • Commit to completing the training and study delivered online via Zoom virtual sessions
  • Participate in a paid 5-day initial block of training
