Senior Store Manager Position

Job Overview:

  • Direct the daily operations of designated Food and Beverage establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor expenses, inventory and staffing levels to ensure strong profitability.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with payroll and labor laws.
  • Contribute to menu ideas and implement strategies to increase sales.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene across all outlets.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role in high-volume venues is essential.
  • Able to inspire and coach diverse teams.
  • Proven skills in labor & cost control, scheduling and operational excellence.
  • Confident in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
