Production Line Specialist

We're looking for an experienced baker to join our team on a full-time basis. You'll work on a rotating roster, including alternate weekend shifts, located in Braeside. As part of our production and packing teams, you'll be responsible for monitoring the automated bakery line and working in the packaging department.
The role involves:
- Monitoring production lines and machinery
- Identifying and resolving production issues
- Liaising with maintenance teams to resolve complex issues
- Cleaning equipment between lines and throughout shifts
- Packing products as required, including cold environments
Requirements for this position include:
- Previous experience as a baker or line operator in a food manufacturing facility
- Access to on-the-job training
- Ability to lift up to 25kgs
- Standing and working in a repetitive environment
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment
- Full working rights essential
- Fork-lift license beneficial for some roles
This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-quality French breads and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $28-$32 per hour.
