We are seeking qualified professionals to join our team as Support Workers. This role involves providing holistic care within residential settings, working collaboratively with a team to support participants in their recovery journey.
About the Role:
This is an opportunity for motivated individuals to make a positive impact on the lives of others. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered, recovery-oriented care, supporting participants in daily tasks, and collaborating with team members and external services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care that prioritizes participant well-being.
- Assist participants with daily activities, such as hygiene and meals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive living environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Degree of empathy and motivation to contribute to our participants' recovery journeys.
- Sincere commitment to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.
- Experience in residential care or mental health settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid Working with Vulnerable People clearance, National Criminal History Check, First Aid and CPR certification, Covid-19 Vaccination, NDIS Orientation Module, and COVID-19 Infection Control Module.
