Senior ICT Assets Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior ICT Assets Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the delivery of ICT hardware assets across all Department Sites and Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively coordinating the delivery of ICT hardware assets, contributing to ICT Service Delivery configuration management continuous improvement initiative outcomes, maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and effective management of the Departmental asset records and information, and delivering high-quality ICT asset reporting to enable the Department to make informed financial decisions.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of ICT hardware assets across all Department Sites and Services
  • Contribute to ICT Service Delivery configuration management continuous improvement initiative outcomes
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and effective management of the Departmental asset records and information
  • Deliver high-quality ICT asset reporting to enable the Department to make informed financial decisions

Requirements

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Service Now Fundamentals
  • ITIL Foundations
