We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team in Canberra. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial data and investment opportunities across all asset classes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts for investment opportunities and development projects.
- Analyze market trends and investment strategies to inform business decisions.
- Participate in due diligence processes for potential investments and development projects.
- Prepare comprehensive investment presentations, marketing proposals, and leasing brochures.
- Monitor and evaluate investment and development project performance.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Familiarity with sustainability and impact investing is highly desirable.
