Job Title: APS3 Service Support Officer
">- Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated APS3 Service Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will provide exceptional customer service support at initial point of contact, streaming customers to the appropriate service channel, completing simple first contact resolution enquiries, identifying and prioritising customers.
Responsibilities include processing referrals, reschedules and cancellations, ensuring escalated cases are identified and promptly transferred to an Intake Clinician, liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the service provided by the Client Assist Contact Centre, maintaining relevant and quality record keeping and documentation regarding client information, and supporting the ongoing range of quality improvement approaches within the Contact Centre.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to research and make sound decisions using appropriate judgement
- Analytical and evaluation skills to understand customer needs and tailor services accordingly
- Capacity to build relationships and engage with diverse groups of people
