Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers to ensure they find the perfect solution for their needs.
  • Utilize our 3D Planner to bring customers' vision to life and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Visit customers on-site to provide updates and maintain excellent relationships, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized showroom environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Be energetic, willing to learn, and grow with our team.
  • Comfortable using technology and eager to develop new skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
