Key Role:

A forward-thinking Product Leader is required to spearhead the vision and execution of innovative fraud prevention solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering a comprehensive roadmap for advanced fraud detection and monitoring.
  • Leading a dedicated team to create high-quality products and features in fraud prevention, risk management, and transaction monitoring.
  • Building strategic capabilities in real-time risk scoring, rule engines, alert systems, case management, and reporting.
  • Ensuring seamless integration between onboarding, dynamic risk assessment, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Collaborating with data experts to leverage analytics and intelligence into fraud detection workflows.
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for fraud prevention, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
  • Engaging with customers, regulators, and partners to identify emerging fraud patterns and threats.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in product leadership or domain roles focused on fraud prevention, risk management, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in delivering scalable and innovative products in fintech, banking, payments, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of fraud typologies, AML regulations, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
