About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Retailworld Resourcing. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our visual merchandising standards and strategies across all retail locations.

You will lead and inspire a team of field visual merchandisers, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a cohesive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, buying, and store operations teams to create compelling displays that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Train and guide regional visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards across all locations.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising execution and provide feedback and support.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual strategies and optimize product placement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our visual merchandising remains innovative and relevant.
  • Lead special projects and seasonal rollouts, including new store openings and store refreshes.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a national Visual Merchandiser, designing briefs and rolling out to store networks based on commercial needs.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading visual merchandising initiatives at a national or multi-store level.
  • Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a passion for fashion.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficient in visual merchandising software and tools including Adobe Suite; experience with CAD and 3D design software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support store locations.
