Job Overview

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role involves providing smart, timely solutions to complex business and operational challenges in a collaborative setting.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, managing environments, performing data administration, modifying reports, designing enhancements, and monitoring performance.

You will work directly with clients, IT teams, project leaders, and vendors to deliver exceptional support and drive success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Critical Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and support end users
  • Troubleshoot WMS, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and third-party software issues
  • Manage WMS environments and configuration migrations between environments
  • Perform WMS data administration (users, menus, zones, locations, pick/put-away sequences)
  • Modify and enhance reports using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports
  • Design and implement enhancements to customer WMS environments
  • Monitor SQL performance, tune queries, and optimize indexes
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Degree in Computer Science, BA/BS, or equivalent
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload
  • Proficient in MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and familiar with IIS and stored procedures
  • Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, HTML, XML, JSON, and OData
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, SMTP, DNS)
