In this newly created role, you'll bring one of Australia's most iconic destinations to life online - from reef adventures and wildlife encounters to world-class dining and magical island moments.
Every day, you'll tell stories that inspire, connect with our audience, and help share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world.
Working closely with our Content Producer, you'll execute best-in-class social strategies, publish engaging content with precision, foster genuine online communities, and track performance to keep us ahead of the curve.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, keep a sharp eye on detail, and have a deep understanding of social media's ever-changing landscape.
To be successful, you'll need:2+ years' experience in social media and community management (tourism or lifestyle brands ideal)Strong understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms, and content best practices Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Later, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)Excellent copywriting and communication skills - quick, clear, and on-brand Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities with ease About Hamilton Island Our mission is to share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world by creating wonder-filled experiences for our guests, employees and community.
