About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Specialist to join our Coal and Copper Asset Projects team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the safe delivery of operational specific requirements for assigned projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental, and community responsibility is maintained through operational readiness activities.
  • Developing operational readiness deliverables and working with stakeholders to gain endorsement to meet key project milestones.
  • Collaborating closely with project, operational, and functional representatives to ensure the successful integration of projects into their hosting assets.
  • Managing change in scope/schedule and communicating impact to operational readiness.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Engineering, trade-qualification, and relevant operational readiness experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and maintenance requirements, including an understanding of document management systems.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to solve problems across functions and gain support.
  • Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
Location and Roster

This role is based in Adelaide on a Monday to Friday roster, offering a quality standard of living without the high costs of most other Australian capital cities.

This role will also involve some site travel to Roxby Downs as required.
