The Opportunity

A Design Manager is required to work across mech/process/civil design projects, focusing on the delivery of large programs of work across water, wastewater, treatment plants, chemical dosing, hydrogen and desalination.

This role will drive the delivery of these programs by achieving great customer and community outcomes through accurate forecasting of time, cost and quality outcomes.

The Design Manager will lead a highly skilled group of people, generating opportunities for staff to grow. They will communicate readily with clients and key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach.

  • Lead the culture and values of the business, driving success
  • Supervise and well-being leadership of staff assigned to the projects and/or bids
  • Commitment to meeting health, safety and environmental policies
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget and quality parameters with client satisfaction as the objective
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans, manage proposals preparation
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with Integrated Management System and quality requirements
