Experience Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Experience Designer to play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact customer experience research projects that exceed customer expectations.

As a member of our Experience Design team, you will be instrumental in bringing the voice of the customer into all business activities, ensuring they are based on strong customer insight and designed to deeply connect with customers at critical moments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Agile customer and design research projects, deriving strategic outcomes and implications.
  • Develop exceptional visual communication skills.
  • Link customer insights to relevant program initiatives.
  • Deliver research to inform digital delivery roadmaps.
  • Communicate research and design milestones to peers and senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with CX and UX/UI designers, leveraging relationships, data, and insight from research vendors to drive an end-to-end research process and culture. Your expertise will shape innovative research approaches and empower the Experience Design team to initiate their own research endeavors.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of proven 'hands-on' experience conducting rigorous qualitative and quantitative research projects in digital.
  • Excellent visual communication and reporting skills.
  • Financial service experience is welcome but not mandatory.
