About the Role

As a Digital Banking Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing high-throughput, low-latency order management systems and electronic trading platforms
  • Developing client connectivity solutions using FIX protocol
  • Ensuring seamless exchange connectivity via native exchange protocols for trading and market data
  • Creating adaptable algorithmic trading platforms and smart order routing systems
  • Maintaining robust trading controls and workflow management platforms

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong programming skills in Java, C++, or C
  • A clear understanding of algorithms and data structures
  • Familiarity with core programming concepts and techniques (e.g., concurrency, memory management)
  • Experience with standard SDLC tools, such as version control systems and diff-ing tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A proactive and driven attitude with a keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Low-latency development
  • OMS development
  • Real-time systems
  • Large-scale distributed systems
  • Operating systems design
