Melbourne Agency Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Executive Director/Head of Melbourne for our agency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the vision and growth of our Melbourne office.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in PR or communications, with a strong network of contacts in the Melbourne business community. They will be entrepreneurial in spirit, with a passion for building and shaping teams.
The successful candidate will lead an effective marketing plan to raise the profile of our Melbourne office, support the agency with meeting award targets, and drive new business opportunities.
They will also partner with our CEO and local team members to develop a Melbourne vision and thriving agency culture, convey the agency's offering and philosophy to clients and potential recruits, and build client appetite to buy ambitious ideas.
